A Team Blend provides an interactive overview of CliftonStrengths® and a collaborative session for the entire workgroup to understand and appreciate the diversity of their talents and optimize their performance as a team.

What can you expect from a Team Blend session?

Each person will complete the assessment and receive an hour of individual coaching. During the blend, the team will learn the basis of CliftonStrengths®, its guiding principles, the four strengths Domains, and participate in various applied interactive exercises. The full team’s profile review generates meaningful discussion and lets the team share how their superpowers work. From there, the team can start to work on how to leverage their collective strengths to achieve organizational goals.

Each session will include:

  • CliftonStrengths® Assessment for each participant
  • Individual 1-hr Coaching session for each participant
  • Theme Insight and Theme Dynamics cards from Gallup
  • Prep time with leader, including coaching session
  • In person or virtual 3-4 hour blend

Group of 10:    $4,000

Just need a group session for your workgroup or students?

Speaking engagements are a great option to introduce your group to their Strengths! Sessions are designed to provide a comprehensive and interactive overview of the CliftonStrengths® principles, the four Domains and the 34 talent themes. Participants will need to complete the survey prior to the session.

Each session will include:

  • CliftonStrengths® Assessment for each participant ($60 cost/person)
  • In person or virtual session (1-2 hours)

Speaking engagements: $200/hour

Sessions are available in-person nationally* or virtually across the globe.
